Seen only in flashbacks, the Silver Millennium has been brought to life though the imagination of our players. Five major kingdoms rule the Earth, Elysia being the leader of them all. Magic is what seperates the noble from the common, but it's not always good. The blue-green planet is one on which chaos roams freely among men.
Watching from the heavens is Selenity and her daughter, their empire spread over the remaining planets of the solar system. For centuries now Earth has been a forbidden planet, but observational visits have been granted, and Serenity has taken full advantage of them, taking her guardians with her to the world below, and falling in love. But if that love will end in tragedy is yet to be seen.
Present...
The Black Moon Family wasn't as stupid as everyone had thought. Weaker agents have been sent through time, making ripples that cause dramatic changes in the fabric of reality. Held captive by a strange creature, Pluto can do naught about it, save send out her Sailor Guardian to awaken whatever form the Senshi may have taken, and lead them in the battle against the creature and the Black Moon Agents.
Juuban is no longer the main stage, but rather a private school in Osaka. Tsukino Usagi is the little sister of Irinami, a deliquent playboy held back two years and in her class. Rei is no miko, but a goth-chick rebelling against her overdoting father. Minako can't abide idols, and has a strange fondness for leather and chains...

And from that meeting of Present and Future it started, events that changed Crystal Tokyo from what Sailor Moon visited, to the world it is now. Small Lady grew up at a steady pace, not in little bursts at critical points. The Black Moon never existed to send her hareing into the past. But when the pressures of being Lady Selenity and Sailor Moon were too much, Neo-Queen Serenity hid her memories, and granted her the life of a normal academy student. But such peace never lasts long, and her true power awakened as Sailor Neomoon.
Fighting alongside her are not only her own Senshi, but a group of young men known as Templars who seek an end to nightmares and find the mysterious master that calls to them in their dreams.
